你品嘗过这種 Gourmet Donuts 嗎? 這是奌心厨師 Ashley Jacot De Boinod 的精心傑作。两年前,她辭去名餐館 BUCA 的優職, 而一意去追求,她深愛的食品---甜甜圈(Donut), 在 Kensington Market 創立了 Glory Hole Doughnuts, 但只批發到 Kensington Market 的两間餐室(Thor Espresso Bar and Burger Bar)出售, 往往都在一小時內售清。希望今年会發展到更多的餐室与代售處。
